In one instance, a Specific Victory director wrote in a February e mail that the company must “get the message out that even though Meta is the present-day punching bag, TikTok is the real risk specifically as a foreign owned application that is #1 in sharing details that younger teens are employing.”
Other moments, Focused Victory urged associates to “push stories to local media tying TikTok to dangerous teen trends in an energy to demonstrate the app’s purported harms.”
